A popular song “Ginza no Koi no Monogatari” (“Ginza Love Story”) composed by Hajime Kaburagi, written by Hisao Ootaka, and sung by Yujiro Ishihara and Junko Makimura as a duo in 1961 was a smash hit. It soon became the most popular duet song in Japan.
