Introduction
Grill Swiss is a Yōshoku restaurant which was established in 1947. They are known as the first restaurant to serve “Katsu-curry” which is one of the most favorite Yōshoku dishes; it was born when Shigeru Chiba, a famous Japanese baseball player of the time, asked the first owner chef to put a pork cutlet on Japanese curry-rice.
