Introduction
Ginza Fukuji is an authentic fugu (puffer fish) restaurant which offers wild fugu directly transported from fishing location each morning. They also serve other tastes of season such as hotpot dishes of suppon (softshell turtle, Apr. to Oct.), free-range chicken (Apr. to Oct.), and hamo (conger pike, June to Sept.).
