Introduction

Originally established in 1924 in Osaka, Honten Hamasaku moved to Ginza in 1928, and it was the first Japanese restaurant to adopt the open kitchen design in Tokyo. The restaurant specializes in traditional local cuisine of Kansai region, featuring the true flavors of the quality ingredients.
