Introduction
NEW TORIGIN is a Japanese restaurant which specializes in dishes of chicken, featuring Kamameshi and Yakitori. Kamameshi is a rice dish which is cooked in a small pot for each order. Yakitori is Japanese-style grilled chicken skewers; they use binchotan charcoal for broiling the selected chicken to bring out the best flavors.
