Introduction
Sakyo Higashiyama offers the authentic Kyoto cuisine made using the superb ingredients directly transported from production locations all over the country. They especially care about the quality of rice and water; the water used for cooking is pure ground water pumped up in Kyoto. The restaurant interior was designed after Machiya, old townhouses in Kyoto. Please enjoy the taste of Kyoto in the authentic atmosphere.
